How to make your Holiday Kit selectionsUpdated 2 months ago

If you are a monthly subscriber, the final deadline to make your kit selection is Monday, September 30th. 

If you purchased a Prepaid Holiday Bundle, this article is not for you.

For your October subscription, you can choose between the Halloween Kit or the Make-a-Monster Kit. 

Everyone will receive the same Farmer’s Market Kit in November

For December, you have the option to choose between our Christmas, Whimsical Wonderland, Santa’s Workshop, Nativity or Hanukkah Kits!

If you do not manually swap your subscription, the default selection will be our Halloween Kit and a randomly chosen Christmas kit.


You must make this swap on your own! Follow these instructions, look at the infographic below or watch the video using the link at the bottom of the email to learn how to do this:

1. Log into your account on youngwildandfriedman.com and click on the “Manage Subscriptions” link at the top.

2. Click on your active subscription(s), then “Manage this subscription.”

3. Choose the option at the bottom that says, “Swap this for a different product.” You will be able to choose all 3 months here! 

After the final holiday kit ships in December, we will revert your subscription back to the most recent type (boy or girl). No action will be required from you!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What if I want multiple Christmas kits? Can I add an extra?

Unfortunately, we are not able to add single kits to your orders. If we still have stock remaining after our subscribers make their selections and our holiday bundles are sold, we will release the holiday kits for sale on our site. 

I don’t celebrate a certain holiday, what do I do? 

For October, we made the Make a Monster Kit for our customers who do not celebrate Halloween! For December, please reach out to us if none of our options work for your family. You can always pause for a month as well! 

I want to pause for either October, November, or December. How will this affect my selection? 

If you want to pause one of the next three months, your selection will not affect that pause. You can ignore what you select for that month, as you will not have a processed order that month.

I don’t see the themed bundle that I want anymore. Where did it go?

We have limited quantities of each kit! If you don’t see the three-kit bundle of your choice, it may have sold out already.
