INITIATING A RETURN

To start the return process, simply click here and follow the instructions.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Shipping Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If you need to request an address change, please email us as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible if the address change request is not received in time.

  • Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
    3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
