INITIATING A RETURN

To start the return process, simply click here and follow the instructions.

RETURN POLICY

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can no longer offer a refund, exchange, or replacement.
  • For items that arrive damaged, please notify us within one week of receiving your order. If more than a week has passed, we cannot replace damaged pieces.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal items within 5 business days of the holiday (e.g., Thanksgiving kits must be returned by the Thursday before Thanksgiving)
  • Kit Curriculums

PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • Items not in their original condition, or missing parts due to reasons outside of our control
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

RETURNING GIFTS

  • If the item was purchased more than 30 days ago, we cannot accept the return. For eligible gift returns, please provide the name of the purchaser so we can verify the purchase date. Once you send the item back, we’ll issue store credit for the product value (excluding shipping). Once the return is received, store credit will be issued for a new order.
