SHIPPING TIME
- All non-subscription orders typically ship within 3-7 business days of processing time, and sometimes even sooner! Shipping time will depend on where you are located. The holiday season will affect this time frame.
- Subscriptions ship within the first two weeks of each month.
- We will send you an automated confirmation email once your order ships. Customers can track their order by logging in with the email address used to place the order.
PO BOX SHIPPING
- Shipping to PO Boxes may cause delays in shipment and may result in additional fees beyond what is listed on our website.
SHIPPING ISSUES
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer input error. If you request an address change via email and we do not receive it in time, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues.
- If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping cost to have the package shipped back out to you.
- The customer has 30 days from the time they receive the package to let us know if something arrived broken or damaged - we cannot replace damaged items after 30 days.
DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
- At this time, we only ship to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, but we're working on expanding our shipping options to reach even more locations in the future. Stay tuned for updates as we grow!
- Please note that when shipping to Canada, additional import duties may apply, which are determined by the Canadian customs authorities and beyond our control. We recommend familiarizing yourself with Canadian customs regulations to understand and potentially settle any additional charges.
